Love Island Couples Still Together: The reality TV show, which binds the best of us to our couches every night for two months every year, sees a swarm of gleaming twenty-somethings (or sometimes even teenagers) blasted onto our screens in the hope of finding love – and earning £50,000.
Which couples will, however, be able to withstand the rigours of real life and lucrative fast fashion brand deals after they depart the villa?
If we look back, the real world has shattered what appeared to be the strongest pairs in the past for islanders. The Love Island couples from 2023 still together are listed here.

Before meeting Sanam in Casa Amor and deciding to recouple with her, Kai was first married to Tanyel and subsequently to Olivia. Together, the two made it to the championship round and were ultimately declared the winners.

In a post-interview statement, Kai stated: “As soon as we get out of here, even more effort starts. You can value someone’s time and effort when you must put in the time and effort. That is what I am anticipating.
Sanam said: “That’s something I want to work towards. I’ve spoken to Kai as well, and I would love to work on building us up more on the outside and then work towards moving in together.”
Shaq Muhammad and Tanya Manhenga, winter 2023
Despite their public confession of love on the show, Shaq and Tanya are still together outside the villa. They took their first romantic getaway together in April to an opulent apartment in Manchester.

Early in May, the couple stated that they had barely spent “four or five days apart” since leaving the program, but they intended to take things slowly before relocating.
Ron told The Mirror at the Pride of Manchester Awards: “I think we’ll do it like a normal couple. We’ll each have our own space and bases and then move in together when it’s that natural development.”

Final words: These four couples have defied the odds and are still going strong in 2023, even though not every Love Island couple has survived the test of time. Their adventures serve as a reminder that true love may be discovered amidst the glitz and glamour of reality television.
We’ll keep supporting them as fans, looking forward to news, and wishing for a happily ever after that goes beyond the boundaries of the villa. Although Love Island may be short-lived, the love these couples have discovered is enduring.
